Title: AI Beyond Prompting

Audience: non-technical professionals who currently see AI mainly as Copilot or a chat box.

Learning goals:

• understand what changed in AI over the last 12 months
• distinguish prompts, workflows, and agents
• identify one safe recurring workflow to improve
• practise using AI as a reviewer, drafter, and thinking partner
